Asparagus
Here is my asparagus patch. I put in 20 plants and this is the only one to survive. See Marge, not everything I plant does well.
MG Sale Herb Fest 2008
I caught a few of my fellow Master Gardener Buds taking a breather right before our big sale began yesterday Sat. April 26.The person responsible for this years sale was that wonderful woman on the right, Darla. She put together a great sale and even got the weather to be perfect. Great job Darla! You did good.

Spring into Spring 2008
Today I went to Paris IL for a gardening program. There were about 100 people there. We enjoyed nice treats for starters. Refreshments, door prizes were given. There were 11 MG's from Coles Co. 8 of us won door prizes. They had silent auctions. I didn't get what I wanted [I'm to tight]. They had some really good speakers,presenters, and an awesome lunch buffet. It was an enjoyable way to spend an otherwise dreary spring day. Wish you could have joined us...
